First Annual Winemaker Dinner

We invited you to share an enchanted evening of subtle sophistication, exceptional cuisine and elegant wines, with beloved winemaker, Amy Butler and owner of Pelletiere Estate, Janis Denner. This elegant and intimate winemaker dinner will feature a selection of Pelletiere Estate's signature Italians; Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and not yet released Lagrein alongside the stellar multi-course culinary creations by local phenomenon, Chef Charlie, highlighting a harvest bounty of farm-fresh ingredients.

Wine Reception
You will be welcomed with a glass of Viognier paired with a chef's home smoked black cod and truffle cream crostini

First Course

Grilled peaches and fresh burrata mozzatella served over a salad of baby arugula and shaved fennel candied garlic syrup, rioja sherry and olea arm basil olive oil vinaigrette.
2014 Sangiovese Riserva, Paso Robles

Second Course
Duck bolognese with Orecchiette butternut squash and fresh green beans.
2014 Nebbiolo, Paso Robles

Intermezzo
 Limoncello and lemon sorbetto with lavender sugared grapes.

Third Course
Veal saltimbocca cutlets of veal shoulder adorned with fried sage, provolone and prosciutto di parma ham creamy lavender polenta. Platter of local organic grilled vegetables and aioli.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact Pelletiere Estate as soon as possible if you need to cancel your event tickets. Cancellation and refund request will be accommodated if requested 30 days prior to the event. If your ticket cancellation request is within 30 days of the event Pelletiere Estate will do their best to re-sell the event ticket. If Pelletiere Estate is able to re-sell the event ticket a refund will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase to the card use to purchase the tickets.

If Pelletiere Estate is not able to re-sell the ticket within the 30 days prior to the event the customer will remain financially responsible for the tickets. Pelletiere Estate will not refund the event ticket purchase.

If the customer does not show for an event the customer will remain financially responsible for the tickets. Pelletiere Estate will not refund the event ticket purchase.
